Concession Information

Thank you for your interest in the Lodi Grape Festival. We are dedicated to providing our concessionaires with beautiful facilities in which to exhibit and sell their products and services. We attracted nearly 90,000 customers in 2024 and we expect that new attractions and great entertainment to draw a larger crowd this year! We are always looking for vendors with new and different products. Please fill out the space request form in it’s entirety and return it to the Lodi Grape Festival, P.O. Box 848, Lodi, CA 95241 along with a photo of your booth. We will contact you if your booth has been accepted. Your space request may be wait-listed, as we do receive many requests each year, but if space does become available we will contact you.

Concession Rates
$500 guarantee VS 22% of gross sales, whichever is greater

Must have concession trailer; no booths

2025 Concession Space Request Form

By filling out this form you are expressing your desire to be a concessionaire at the 2025 Lodi Grape Festival, September 11-14. All requests are considered but this form does not automatically grant space at the Fair; it places your name on a waiting list. We will contact you if space becomes available and you are selected to participate. Space request forms are kept on file until after the current Fair.

Vehicle parking available in “A” lot for $75.00 per space (You must pay in advance to reserve space)

One free vehicle space per vendor in Stadium Lot, across from the fair grounds

A limited number of RV parking spaces with water and electric hookups are available. Upon approval of space discuss with Festival Management.
